Senior Manager, HR Technology
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, HR Technology, Fully Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and manage the functionality, data management, and reporting of HR information systems
Collaborate with key stakeholders to recommend technological solutions for process automation and integration
Oversee system upgrades and ensure compliance with best practices in change management and documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
At least 6+ years of technical experience in HR technology systems implementation and optimization
Deep understanding of system configurations and workflows within Dayforce
Experience in conducting system integration testing and developing test plans
Strong data analytics and reporting capabilities, including PowerBI and Excel
