A company is looking for a Compliance Manager I- Marketing. Key Responsibilities Oversee the bank's marketing compliance program and review marketing materials and campaigns Serve as the subject matter expert in marketing regulatory compliance and provide guidance to various stakeholders Manage and mentor the Marketing Compliance team while resolving complex compliance issues Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance for a bank or FinTech company Prior management and leadership experience required CRCM certification or specialized compliance training is a plus Advanced knowledge of regulatory advertising rules Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
