A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Infrastructure Identity and Access Management (IAM). Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for infrastructure IAM, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity best practices and business goals Lead and mentor a high-performing team of IAM engineers, overseeing daily operations and performance management Provide technical guidance on IAM solutions architecture and ensure the security and scalability of identity data access Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 7+ years in Identity and Access Management Minimum of 4+ years in a leadership role, with experience building and leading technical IAM teams Deep understanding of IAM principles and technologies, including MFA, SSO, and directory services Experience with IAM solutions for complex on-premise and multi-cloud environments
