Senior Manager, Loyalty Strategy
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Loyalty Program Strategy & Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to enhance member metrics and loyalty program performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Lead budgeting and forecasting for loyalty-related activities and manage program liability
Support loyalty marketing campaign strategy and provide performance insights to improve execution
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Loyalty, Marketing Strategy, Retail, or Agency environments
7+ years of experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Expense Management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
