A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager for Federal HR Solutions. Key Responsibilities Guide product roadmap and collaborate with scrum teams as a subject matter expert in U.S. Federal Human Resources Serve as the voice of the customer for various product areas, including Core HR and Talent Management Set priorities and create detailed requirements and documentation in partnership with other product experts Required Qualifications and Experience Must possess a valid and active TS/SCI with CI POLY security clearance 8+ years of experience in Product Management or related experience in the U.S. Federal market Experience presenting to executive audiences, including federal government agencies Familiarity with federal HR systems offered by Shared Service Providers Knowledge of relevant federal regulations and models in the intelligence community
