A company is looking for a Benefit Plan Configuration Advisor Associate. Key Responsibilities Analyzes new business requirements for benefit design changes and establishes appropriate solutions Maintains technical documentation and ensures compliance with relevant standards Manages plan benefits coding changes, test execution, and validation of benefit design requests Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma or GED is required Less than 2 years of experience in Benefit Plan Configuration Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship Experience with adjudication processes and analyzing benefit plan design is preferred Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word and Excel
