A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Service Delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple Service Delivery associates on a daily basis Manage relationships with key client counterparts and communicate revenue cycle performance Develop and deliver presentations to client executives regarding updates and needs Required Qualifications 6-8+ years of operational and hospital billing experience Minimum of 5 years in revenue cycle and 3+ years in leadership roles Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans for service delivery Ability to analyze complex situations and make sound decisions Expertise in revenue cycle management and operational improvement
