Senior Manager, US 401K Administration
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Global Stock, US 401K and US Deferred Compensation Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee global stock administration functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions and compliance
Manage the US 401K retirement plan and Deferred Compensation Program (DCP)
Lead process improvement initiatives and develop communication strategies for stock and retirement programs
Required Qualifications
B.S. degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
10+ years of experience in global stock plan administration, preferably in a public company
Strong understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls
Proficiency in identifying automation opportunities to streamline operations
Demonstrated expertise in stock plan management with a strategic mindset
