Senior NICE InContact Engineer
A company is looking for a Senior NICE/inContact Engineer & Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary NICE/inContact technical and strategic advisor for a major regional deployment
Collaborate closely with the customer and client's NICE expert lead on direction, roadmap alignment, and best practice implementation
Provide high-level solution design, architecture guidance, and hands-on configuration support
Required Qualifications
5+ years of deep experience with NICE/inContact systems, including implementation, customization, and consulting
Proven ability to operate in a customer-facing, advisory role with C-level and technical stakeholders
Fluent Spanish communication skills (verbal and written) are essential
Strong understanding of call center strategy, contact flows, omnichannel capabilities, and industry best practices
Ability to work independently and align closely with global project leads and client's support teams
