Senior Organizational Change Specialist
A company is looking for a Senior OCM Specialist to lead and manage large-scale organizational change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead stakeholder analysis and establish relationships with key contacts to align change initiatives with strategic goals
Analyze the impact of proposed changes and develop comprehensive change management plans
Coordinate with stakeholders and support the development of OCM plans and training activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in organizational change management or related fields
Understanding of OCM theories and models (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model)
Experience in collecting and analyzing stakeholder feedback and making recommendations
Eligible for or possesses active/interim Secret Clearance
Experience with digital tools for managing stakeholder information is preferred
