Senior Partner Success Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Partner Success Manager to empower successful deployment outcomes throughout its global services partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver partner assistance offerings to encourage successful deployments and services practices
Serve as a guide and expert on delivery methodology to new and existing partners
Influence processes aimed at services partner success to ensure they work for and are adopted by partners and internal teams globally
Required Qualifications
5+ years of proven experience in project management with Workday HCM, Payroll, Financial, or similar implementations
3+ years working with Workday services deployment partners
Solid understanding of business areas such as Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, or Professional Services Automation
Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering process improvements
Background or education in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma is highly desirable
