Senior Project Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Project + Operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage complex IT projects, ensuring successful outcomes for Professional Services, Managed Services, and Operations Oversee the full project cycle, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery Identify and mitigate project risks, aligning work with client goals and maintaining compliance with company policies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of Project Management experience in the IT services industry 3+ years managing client projects at a consulting firm/systems integrator/MSP required PMP, SCRUM/Agile, and/or ITIL certifications strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and effectively manage client communications Strong understanding of IT principles and familiarity with Microsoft products preferred
