Senior Customer Service Representative
A company is looking for a Senior Representative, Customer Service Operations - Government.
Key Responsibilities
Takes a proactive approach in preventing customer issues
Communicates with customers through email, inbound and outbound phone calls
Generates customer reports and collaborates with internal departments to resolve customer issues
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of experience preferred
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred
In-depth knowledge in a technical or specialty area
Ability to apply advanced skills to resolve complex problems independently
Experience in providing guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members
