A company is looking for a Large Deals Director. Key Responsibilities Generate early stage propositions to initiate Mega Deal Pursuits Provide consultation to clients to present innovative ideas and value propositions Direct and shape the strategic business development strategy through all phases Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, or 18+ years of experience in a related field Experience in creating innovative value propositions and validating opportunities Demonstrated success with complex new logo and transformation deals Extensive experience in business development and sales for large service transactions Proven track record of building successful customer relationships throughout the sales cycle
