Senior Technical Enablement Strategist
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Product Enablement Strategist for the Sales & Success team. Key Responsibilities Build and manage technical training programs for Revenue teams on product capabilities and best practices Translate product updates into scalable enablement content and lead onboarding for new technical hires Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate enablement into product releases and monitor impact through performance metrics Required Qualifications 4+ years in technical enablement, solutions engineering, customer success, or a similar training-focused role in a SaaS environment Proven experience in creating and delivering enablement content for technical teams Experience using enablement and product tools such as Confluence and LMS platforms Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or implementation workflows in a SaaS environment is preferred
