Senior Technical Support Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Technical Support. Key Responsibilities: Manage a team of Support Engineers to achieve KPI and operational excellence Set team and individual goals aligned with Global Support objectives Provide mentorship and act as an escalation contact for technical challenges Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years managing technical support professionals and 7 years in a technical support role Familiarity with database products, particularly NoSQL solutions and distributed systems Experience with customer-managed installations in Cloud and on-premise environments Strong technical aptitude in database and cloud technologies Must be a US Citizen
