Key Responsibilities
Conduct compensation analyses and provide recommendations for new hires, promotions, and job evaluations
Oversee annual salary and incentive planning processes, including training and data validation
Ensure compliance of compensation programs with government standards and conduct internal and external audits
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience, Master's Degree and 4+ years, or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Advanced skills in MS Excel for reporting and data analysis
Experience managing complex projects with diverse stakeholders
Analytical and mathematical skills with financial acumen
Preferred Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
