Senior UI/UX Consultant
A company is looking for a ServiceNow UI/UX Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and evaluate user requirements while illustrating design ideas using storyboards and process flows
Design graphic user interface elements and collaborate with development teams to execute project roadmaps
Conduct user research to identify customer needs and create solutions within the ServiceNow framework
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in UI design with expertise in various design tools
5-7 years of experience in user research methodologies
5-7 years of experience in information architecture
Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, FigJam, Miro, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Keynote
Certifications in UI/UX design tools are required
