Senior Workday HRIS Analyst
A company is looking for a Sr. Workday HRIS Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Configure the Workday application and provide daily support for issue resolution, data integrity, and user training
Consult with HR and business areas to develop Workday solutions that meet organizational needs
Create and modify reports and dashboards to assist in decision-making and monitor key performance indicators
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems and Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 8+ years of Workday configuration and reporting experience, along with functional HR experience
Strong Workday system configuration experience across multiple modules
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced skills in Excel
