Service Assurance Technician
A company is looking for a Service Assurance Technician III to manage, repair, and service UCaaS, voice network switching, and data transport equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and participate in the weekly On-Call Cycle
Repair, program, and maintain voice/data/transport equipment and hosted services remotely
Act as a liaison between customers and internal contacts to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in two or more technical disciplines (VoIP/SIP, UCaaS, Firewalls, Data, and Transport)
Experience with Metaswitch and understanding of UCaaS solutions
Familiarity with Fortinet or Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco Meraki, and Cisco routers
Basic understanding of VoIP protocols, network QoS, IP routing, and Ethernet switching
Relevant job experience or equivalent education is preferred
