ServiceNow Functional Analyst
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Functional Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for ServiceNow modules
Contribute to designing ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements and best practices
Analyze existing workflows, recommend enhancements, and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
Relevant ServiceNow certifications
Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., ITIL) is a plus
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools is advantageous
