Shopper Insights Manager
A company is looking for a Manager, Shopper Insights.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage Consumer Panel data to identify shopper trends and synthesize multi-source data into actionable insights
Collaborate with Category Management teams to create consumer selling stories and provide shelving recommendations
Drive insights on innovation and brand growth, while fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across teams
Required Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Social Science, or Business Administration; Master's preferred
Significant experience in FMCG within large matrix environments
Expertise in syndicated data platforms and shopper insights analytics
Experience in managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
