Shopper Insights Manager

Key Responsibilities
Drive growth and business results through actionable shopper insights and change management
Create and execute shopper tracking frameworks, leveraging consumer panel data to identify trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop retail strategies and optimize business performance
Required Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Social Science, or Business Administration; Master's preferred
Significant experience in FMCG, ideally within large matrix environments
Strong expertise in shopper insights and syndicated data platforms
Experience in developing retail customer plans using shopper insights and analytics
Familiarity with shopper insights methodologies and digital commerce analytics
