SLED Order Management Manager
A company is looking for a SLED Order Experts Manager to support its SLED vertical through strategic initiatives in order management. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the SLED Order Experts team to enhance core processes and internal customer experiences Act as the primary project lead for M&A initiatives and operational projects while ensuring data integrity across systems Champion change management efforts to drive operational improvements and lead process enhancement initiatives Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Order Management or Sales Operations SLED/E-Rate sales cycle support experience required Proven leadership abilities with at least 3+ years of management experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce
