SOAR Certified Social Services Advocate
A company is looking for a Social Services Advocate to lead the development and implementation of their Benefits Enrollment program. Key Responsibilities Conduct structured virtual interviews with patients and caregivers to assess eligibility for SSI/SSDI applications Request and compile medical documentation and submit completed applications to the SSA and DDS Serve as the designated SSA Representative for patients and collaborate with external partners as needed Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in social work, case management, or disability advocacy Current SOAR certification at the time of hire Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field preferred Experience supporting individuals with complex medical or socioeconomic conditions Proficiency in virtual engagement and outreach methods
