Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver online courses within the Social Work major programs Align teaching practices with the OSU Quality Teaching Framework to achieve equitable learning outcomes Participate in training and meetings related to course development and teaching technologies Required Qualifications Earned Master's degree in Social Work or a closely related field for 400 to 500 level courses Documented experience in teaching, training, or developing curriculum in the relevant content area Record of work with underrepresented or underserved students Doctorate degree in Social Work or a closely related field is preferred for any course level Experience with online and virtual teaching formats is desirable
