Key Responsibilities Review and approve design control documentation, focusing on quality by design Participate in Discrepancy Report Review Board to manage product defects and complaints Analyze customer complaint data to improve failure analysis processes and reduce failures Required Qualifications BSc in a relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, Sciences) and 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Quality Assurance Experience in Software Development, preferably with EMR and treatment support software products Experience working in a cross-functional team environment Understanding of auditing to standards or regulations such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or IEC 62304 is an asset Willingness to acquire knowledge in cybersecurity standards or Risk Management
