Key Responsibilities Manage data integrity of CAD floor plans and occupant data, ensuring compliance with client space data standards Serve as the global system administrator for the space data management system, overseeing user controls and system continuity Provide training and support for system users while recommending process improvements for operational efficiency Required Qualifications BA/BS degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology, Space Planning, or related fields Four to eight years of experience in a corporate real estate environment Proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings and concepts Experience with MS Office Suite software applications Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external partners
