Key Responsibilities Manage and lead remote attorneys handling liability matters for commercial insureds Provide coaching and feedback on complex legal cases and high exposure matters Report to the Regional Managing Attorney and ensure effective team performance Required Qualifications Juris Doctor with 10+ years of litigation experience Member in good standing of the Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, or Washington State Bar Experience with Lexis and knowledge of the insurance industry Strong understanding of law and legal procedures Prior management experience is preferred
