A company is looking for a Staff SDET to design, develop, and maintain test cases/scripts while driving quality best practices in application development. Key Responsibilities Define the test automation vision and roadmap aligned with testing goals and business objectives Design and develop reusable test automation components and libraries to enhance maintainability and scalability Lead complex automation initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical guidance on best practices Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in testing and automation of enterprise-grade distributed applications and services At least 8 years of experience with Python or a similar programming language for test automation A minimum of 5 years' experience in API test automation using tools like Pytest or RestAssured At least 7 years' experience in Frontend automation using tools such as Selenium or Playwright Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
