Key Responsibilities Deliver acute care for complex members in a collaborative interdisciplinary team model Ensure timely documentation and closure of care loops with members' primary care teams Participate in the development and innovation of the Virtual Urgent Care and ED at Home models Required Qualifications and Education Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Unrestricted licenses to practice in at least one state 3+ years of experience in Emergency Medicine or urgent care Proficient in using electronic health record systems and care facilitation platforms
