Salesforce Account Manager
A company is looking for a Salesforce Senior Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain regular communications with clients to ensure clear understanding of expectations
Act as the primary contact for client engagements, ensuring project completion and addressing challenges
Develop strategic roadmaps and identify new opportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in digital project delivery, including digital marketing and eCommerce technologies
Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem and managing complex client implementations
Strong understanding of the business needs of Salesforce clients
Experience managing an account portfolio in an agency setting
Proven strategic selling skills with the ability to identify opportunities and craft solutions
