Key Responsibilities Monitor and prioritize requests and phone calls regarding custom solutions from internal partners Analyze and validate functional/technical specifications and assist end users with General Ledger modifications Research and test functionality for troubleshooting and maintain relationships with internal and external partners Required Qualifications College degree or a minimum of 2 years related experience Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Openness to learn new technologies and tools as needed Prior experience with reconciling journal entries and balance sheets Ability to demonstrate willingness to learn SQL
