Support Solutions Engineer
A company is looking for a Support Solutions Engineer, Big Data (L5).
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and handle customer requests, troubleshoot issues, and automate support needs
Develop runbooks, improve support tools, and enhance the engineering support experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and improve product usability
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of professional support or engineering experience in Big Data technologies
Experience supporting platforms built with open source technologies like Apache Kafka and Spark
Proficiency in reading and writing SQL queries for data analysis
Experience in developing automation tools and scripts for process improvement
Proficient in at least one programming language, ideally Python or Java
