Key Responsibilities Coordinate business office functions including patient billing, credit and collections, and data entry Implement controls for billing and collections, ensuring compliance with established procedures Assist in managing employees, including coaching, training, and maintaining quality customer service Required Qualifications At least 5 years of hospital billing experience, with 2-3 years of surgical billing preferred Experience in CPT and ICD-10 coding preferred Experience in filing claim appeals with insurance companies preferred High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience needed Ability to work independently and as part of a team
