Key Responsibilities Develop and sustain a framework linking functional capabilities, technical systems, and portfolio management Provide a comprehensive migration strategy for transitioning legacy IT systems to the MHS Health IT portfolio Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments and may supervise others Required Qualifications Active DoD - Public Trust clearance Certifications: CompTIA Security+ and ITIL Experience with Military Health System (MHS) IT systems, specifically MHS GENESIS Experience with Semantic Open Source Software (SEMOSS) Subject Matter Expert (SME) with proven technical/management leadership on major tasks
