Key Responsibilities
Manage staffing operations and develop recruiting strategies based on business needs
Oversee applicant tracking system (ATS) and manage relationships with third-party vendors
Ensure compliance with staffing policies and maintain positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 6 years of full lifecycle staffing or recruiting experience
At least 3 years of staffing management or supervisory experience
Preferred certifications: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
Proficiency in HR concepts, staffing processes, and relevant software applications
