A company is looking for a Digital Health Specialist - Physical Therapist (Remote). Key Responsibilities Deliver telehealth visits including evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan development Perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services and support digital services with appropriate documentation Develop regional strategy for growth and implementation of digital services while collaborating with other departments Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Physical Therapist License in VA, NC, MO, WI, or Compact PT License-eligible Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred Experience providing Digital Health Services is preferred Willingness to obtain PT licensure in other states as needed
