A company is looking for a Tax & Treasury Manager to oversee tax and treasury functions for global operations. Key Responsibilities Manage tax compliance and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash flow monitoring and liquidity planning Develop and execute tax and treasury strategies that support the company's growth initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or Master's preferred 7+ years of experience in tax, treasury, or financial management, preferably in FinTech or financial services Comprehensive knowledge of US federal, state, and international tax regulations and GAAP/ASC 740 Proven experience managing tax audits and overseeing treasury functions Proficiency in tax and accounting software, treasury management systems, and advanced Excel skills
