Tax Lead Accountant

A company is looking for a Tax Lead responsible for managing US and international tax compliance and overseeing a small team. Key Responsibilities Manage tax partners for accurate federal and state tax filings and oversee 1099 reporting Assess international tax risks and provide mitigation strategies while staying current on regulations Supervise the Bangladesh team for tax-related requests and maintain compliance with tax policies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience; 10+ years of tax experience preferred Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian tax regulations, including payroll and sales & use taxes Understanding of accounting principles and internal tax processes Experience in a fast-growing technology company is a plus
