Teaching Assistant: Computer Support
A company is looking for a Teaching Assistant: Computer Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide synchronous and asynchronous support to approximately 25-30 learners in virtual training programs
Monitor Slack channels for learner questions and facilitate discussions, ensuring timely responses
Conduct individual office hours and grade learner submissions while providing feedback for program improvement
Required Qualifications
Empathy, flexibility, and patience in working with diverse learners
Prior teaching experience at any level is a plus
CompTIA A+ certification
Ability to engage actively in virtual sessions and meetings
Willingness to provide weekly write-ups summarizing experiences and insights
