Key Responsibilities Execute distribution planning and conduct studies related to DER interconnection, arc flash, and coordination Engage in client-facing work and participate in business development activities Conduct load flow and regulatory compliance studies for various types of utilities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with 4+ years of experience Experience in technical roles related to distribution studies Proficiency in Milsoft's WindMil, DNV GL's SynerGi, or Cyme's Cymdist Familiarity with arc flash assessments and modeling Inverter Based Resources is preferred Engineer-in-Training (EIT) license is preferred
