Key Responsibilities
Guide and mentor a remote team of BDRs while managing a personal book of business
Lead the team in generating, nurturing, and qualifying leads through various outreach methods
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on campaign strategies and track performance metrics
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a BDR Team Lead role preferred
2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Suite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Slack
Healthcare industry experience required; enterprise sales experience is a plus
Ability to analyze sales metrics and conversion rates for continuous improvement
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and leverage data-driven sales strategies
