Key Responsibilities Analyze functional and non-functional requirements and conduct impact assessments Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring alignment with design and quality standards Author business rules in InRule and develop PL/SQL backend procedures, functions, and packages Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electronics and Communications, or Information Technology Strong SQL development experience with 8+ years in database structures (Oracle/MS SQL) 8-10 years of experience in PL/SQL and InRule or BRMS coding 5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE and familiarity with DevOps tools 3-5 years of experience as a Tech Lead managing a team of at least 5 members
