Technical Manager
A company is looking for a Technical Manager to lead the buildout of a new Customer360 platform. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design and delivery of the Customer360 platform Oversee the development of APIs and collaborate with architecture teams to execute the roadmap for a cloud-based data platform Participate in architectural reviews and drive engineering rigor through observability and automation Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles Strong technical background in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and AWS cloud services Experience with MDM platforms and customer data domains Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, or Big Query Able to collaborate effectively with data science teams and business stakeholders

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles
Strong technical background in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and AWS cloud services
Experience with MDM platforms and customer data domains
Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, or Big Query
Able to collaborate effectively with data science teams and business stakeholders
