Technical Support Administrator II
A company is looking for a Technical Support Administrator II.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by responding to end-user inquiries via phone, email, or work order system
Support and maintain Windows-based desktop and laptop computers, including on-site end-user support
Manage IT equipment inventory and ensure timely completion of assigned work orders
Required Qualifications
Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
Experience with wired/wireless networking hardware and printers/copiers
Bachelor's degree in a computer technology discipline preferred, or relevant professional certifications
Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to unfamiliar situations
