Technical Training Manager
A company is looking for a Technical Training Manager to develop and support a technical training roadmap for their Information Technology organization. Key Responsibilities Establish and cultivate strong relationships with IT stakeholders and conduct needs assessments Develop and execute strategies for identifying and developing IT talent while ensuring high-quality technical training programs Manage IT learning suppliers and partner with business leaders to facilitate strategic planning and problem-solving meetings Required Qualifications and Education 3+ years of experience in a training leadership position Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Experience in building collaborative relationships across all organizational levels Strong general business acumen related to learning and development 2-3 years of training experience in an insurance setting preferred
