Advanced Customer Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative - Tier III.
Key Responsibilities
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
Respond to key customer and vendor inquiries via text, call, tickets, and emails
Handle escalated customer support concerns and manage relocations and swaps
Required Qualifications
2 - 3 years of proven experience in advanced level customer support
Experience in a customer-driven remote environment preferred
Solid technical/computer aptitude, including the use of multi-screen systems
Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
