A company is looking for a Technical Vendor/Project Manager for a remote opportunity. Key Responsibilities Maintain Service Management and Service Delivery best practices while contributing to technology strategy and planning Design and implement solutions for Service Delivery and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives Lead vendor management efforts, ensuring accurate invoicing and compliance with SLAs/SLOs while mentoring staff on best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field preferred Professional training and/or certifications in ITIL, Service Design/Management Experience in process design and implementation, and IT Asset Management Technical knowledge of Cloud Computing and DevOps Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage multiple vendor relationships
