A company is looking for a Telephony Systems Specialist to maintain and enhance their Genesys Cloud contact center infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the Genesys Cloud Contact Center platform for optimal performance
Design and implement call routing strategies and IVR workflows to enhance user experience
Collaborate with IT teams for integrations and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in telephony administration, focusing on Genesys Cloud Contact Center
Deep expertise in SIP, VoIP, WebRTC, and telephony network troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud tools and managing IVR and ACD configurations
Experience integrating Genesys Cloud with CRMs and reporting systems
