A company is looking for a Talent Partner, Go-To-Market (Temp).
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Sales and Go-To-Market roles in the EMEA region
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate success profiles
Source and engage passive candidates through various channels while ensuring compliance with local hiring regulations
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on Sales hiring across EMEA
Experience in high-growth, scaling tech environments, preferably SaaS
Understanding of regional hiring trends and local talent expectations
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Ability to work across time zones and collaborate with international teams
